Any Car Lovers On Here?
So how many "car lovers" do we have on this site?
Along with polevaulting, I also share a passion for cars and motorcycles, so basically I thought I'd see if anyone was interested in a thread about their cars, or to post links of pictures or stories or anything like that.
Next time I travel I'm gonna take a picture of my mustang with 4 or 5 poles strapped to the top (its kinda funny lookin - lol) and post it.
Heres a couple vids of my car and motorcycle to try and get things started.
**Sorry for the bad filming - my lil bro isnt the best cameraman... **
Oh yeah!!! It doesnt have to be a sports car, or a car at all, just anyone who loves their vehicle/mode of transportation

i love cars too!! i needed an applied art this year to fulfill a graduation requirement so i took an auto shop class during first semester. i was one of two girls in the entire class. i learned so much in that class and i have such a greater appreciation for cars now, and i can actually carry on an intelligent conversation with someone about cars. lol
unfortunately, being a broke high school student, soon to be a broke college student, i can't afford to buy myself a nice car. instead i am stuck with the crap chrysler town and country that my mom decided i could have when she bought a volvo last summer. the only nice thing about a minivan is that poles fit inside the car, so i don't have to worry about strapping them on the outside.

I really enjoy my vehicle most of the time. It can take me where ever I want to go and it can look decent at times. It is a Jeep Wrangler YJ with a small lift on it, and oversized offroad tires. I don't mind it right now because it is mid 70's and the top is down for the moment. I don't think I will ever not have a jeep in my possession for the rest of my life, they are kind of like pole vaulting "an addiction"!

I LOVE my car and it's descendants.
I own a 1995 Subaru Impreza 4 door. My car itself is getting to be in pretty bad condition, though, but i love it all the same. On top of that, the car of my dreams is the Subaru WRX. God I love that car.

I never understood the obsession with Jeeps. They never really appealed to me.

Haha.... ummm I was going EXACTLY 3 miles an hour UNDER the speed limit.....
Actually - the car probably hit about 75 before the clip ends and the motorcycle..... well even though it doesnt look super fast cause the camera moves with it, its actually going somewhere around 140-150.

OOO Cars....my brother and I restore classic mustangs. We have two. A 1969 Mustang Convertible, 302, candy apple red, deluxe interior with white seats and black carpet and a 1970 mustang "grabber special" that is grabber yellow with black stripes, 302, and black standard interior. Oh how I love these cars...but they EAT gasoline.

One word....
Jealousy - I loooove classic cars. But since my mustang is my only car, I kinda enjoy have all the amenitys (leather, power everything, traction control, 6 disk cd changer, etc) If I had to do all the travelling I do in a classic car, I think my butt would be permanently sore
