Female (ummm...where are all the girls for this topic?)
5'5", 125 lbs.
Bench: 135
Squat: 3x225 in high school, then hurt my back and stopped maxing squat
Clean: 150
Snatch: 105
Pull-ups: 18
Hanging L-sit: 44 secs the other day...out of shape!
Speed: kinda slow :(

No, I vaulted for Colorado State and moved back to Cali after I graduated. You might be thinking of Shay...she vaulted for CSU and then coached at Loveland, I think. Do you go to CU?

matter of fact i do - i voulenteer at boulder high and i guess i met shay at a meet out at mullin, or fairview or somthing. she was rad

Yeah, she's great. Did you vault for CU last year? Cuz if you did we'd probably know each other...there aren't many of us vaulters in Colorado! I was the only one competing for CSU last year. :crying:

no, i just kinda vault at all the open meets, i do the whole independant thing.. but i frequented the meets here in boulder, so if you ever jumped in ne of those, im sure i saw you

lots of people put there 100m time and i never did a 100m before untill a few days ago. I felt so special that now i have a time. 12flat maybe i can work on that or somthing. at least i have a base now

speed: 15m speed trap i got 1.78s this summer; in the single 100m race i've run- 13.05; 100h- 15.56; 200- 26.33; 300h- 45.79; 400- 60.56- y'all can pick what to look at.

Hey hey I am much slower than you. I always got dead last on any running thing we did at UGA. I am sure I'll even get dead last on any running thing we'll be doing when I go back to Lindenwood :o
