the school board risk manager drafted up a waiver last monday. He gave it to the district's lawyers to read over and the lawyer's made some changes because they felt there was still a way the district would be held liable. He promised us a final answer by last friday, but as always, he lied, because it's monday and he hasn't called yet... so i'm waiting.. i'll post as soon as i know.

After 8 months (yea, 8 months) of arguing with the school district... the waiver got mailed out to us today and i will officialy be allowed to vault as of tuesday :D here i come....
