Chest penetration?
Top hand?
Shoulds?
Hips?

These 2 topics are so tightly coupled that we might as well discuss them together. You can't have a good downswing without a good pre-stretch, and it's very rare to have a good pre-stretch without a good downswing (Isi being the one exception that I mentioned on the other thread).
