Hi,
Tom has a problem in the top-end. He can't make a smooth turn and is very late with turning. How can I help him with this?
12 step runup pole: 4.60m/155lbs, grip height 4.45m, bungee at 4.50m

Thanks!

Re: Tom Roetman
Because he is leaning back at the takeoff, the timing of his swing is late. This late swing causes the turn to be mis-timed. Correct the posture at the takeoff and I think the turn will correct itself.

Re: Tom Roetman
thanks for the advice! It sounds logical and it will make also make him faster in the last part of the runup.
