vaulting again after 20 years off

Thanks guys. This is just what I needed to hear. Injuries being part of the process rather than trying to totally avoid them seems realistic. I will try to keep it safe as much as I can.... maybe some rules or a mantra of some kind. I don't want to end my vault comeback with some dumb mistate, especially a mental one that leads to disaster. The level of exitement is just so high when clearing a bar. The balance between that and some amount of reason at all times. Thanks for the advice, Steve
