ps... i have more vid of a female.. high school senior.. previous 9-6 jumper (for 3 years).. i'm thinking she may have a really good senior year.. she is already jumping from 7 lefts gripping 12'

becca could we move this post to training...

i've had a couple of people email that they couldn't find it on pvp..

i appreciate their interest... this drill and the sliding box drill with the safety harness/cable (from a full approach) are going to be awesome additions to everyone’s training... and can be done safely.... building awesome confidence.... jennifer improved her plant so much she went from a 12-30 to a 12-50.... teaching a "free takeoff" is working great..

i will continue to post videos... i don't quite have my web site ready to go...

good evening pole vault fans..........

i actually just signed a contract to coach "on the road"

i will in LA March and April... then at meets out of the country in April, June and a final at the World Junior Decathlon in Poland.

If the scores are good.. beijing is a good possibility..........

Mike Cotton will continue to coach pole vaulters in the Gainesville area and we still have Ira and Tom in JAX and a few others around..

the cable training will still be here when i return...
