This concept is actually making its way around american sports. Lovie Smith made the Bears watch the DVD and read the book to get them hyped for the super bowl (even though they lost but its besides the point). Also in the women's basketball NCAA tournament a team all wore that number on their jerseys.
I keep the number on somewhere small during meets too to remind me just to turn it up a notch
