I've been wondering what are some things that would be handy to have when I'm about to go vault or workout. So just post what you take with you or whats in the bag and hopefully we can help each other.

Personally I have spikes, chalk, tape, pre-wrap, biofreeze, and some shin compression socks.

Chalk (both marking and hand chalk), cones, tape measure, trash bags, honey sticks, rain gear, spikes, warmer gear than I am wearing (sweatshirt, underarmor, etc.), Beef Jerky, Bananas, iPod, Camera and extra batteries, athletic tape, a tiny bit of pre-wrap, and Water bottle(s) with seperate gatorade powder packs if I want 'em.

Depending on the venue I might also have an extra pair of socks, a hat, a chair, and/or and umbrella.

Spring clip in case you have to improvise a crossbar riser.

If you have red trash bags, they can also be used as flags for the rear end of your poles.

Training diary.

Writing implement.

Whisk broom for water in the box.

An easily found piece of paper with all your important data, like medical number, allergies, blood type, emergency contact, favorite beer, etc.

Cash for "just in case."

Bungee cord.

Rope for tying poles to cars when you are out of town.

Knife or trauma scissors for rope.

Rule book.
