Carl Lewis was on ESPN2's Cold Pizza talk show this morning to talk about steroids and such. This got me thinking about the crowning achievement of Mr. Lewis' illustrious career, his music video "Break it Up!" Just so everyone can enjoy this masterpiece as much as I do, here is the link:
