Stride lengthening

Unread postby CAP701 » Wed Apr 25, 2007 4:45 pm

Hey all, I'm new to pole vaulting, just started this year, and I joined the forum to get help from those more experienced then me. I'm 17, bout 5'6", and I just completed my first year vaulting. Didn't do that great, only PR'd at 10'. One of the things I was told I need to do was get faster, and I was told lenghening my stride was a good way to do that. My question is, what are some good workouts to train that?

Thx in advance.
