There is no practice today because of league finals.

Thanks so much for the information. I'm hurt right now with my back, but I want to start training as soon as I can to begin getting strong enough not to get hurt. I'm getting excited right now !!! I had no clue if there was even a possibility of finding a site around here ........ too cool....
