Instructions
• Fees: Make checks payable to: Summit Track & Field

• Early entry: Must be received by June 29, 20 13
• Late fee: after 6/29/13$25 late fee (plus event fees)
• Day of meet entry up to 1hour prior to event
• Relay teams: Register at meet $10 fee per team
• Field implements: Must be checked in 1hour prior to scheduled event
• Mondo track surface requires the use of 1/4 inch pyramid spikes only
• Artificial turf requires rubber tip javelins
(600 gram and greater rubber tip javelins
provided) - note: grass field maybe available
