Hi All,
So happy to find this website! So the last time I vaulted was over 20 years ago at high school state finals. Now, a couple of decades later, I've gotten the vaulting itch. And I've got it bad. Any advice or suggestions on how to resume vaulting? I live in Raleigh, NC. Any suggestions on people to contact, clubs, facilities, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Welcome back! Check the post adult Michigander wishes to vault again. A lot of info about options to vault. Easiest thing to do is find a local club to jump with. Check the usatf NC website for clubs near you and give them a call! Be safe have fun and again welcome back we have been waiting for you!
