really, do the search (that's there too!) and tell us your top picks from the results

I think that you'll be able to make better progress that way. :)

Honestly? You probably don't have the grades or SAT scores to get into those schools, especially since I think you are out of state for all of them. I don't know how hard it is to get into Tech, but it is really tough to get into the top California schools if you are out of state.

Additionally, I don't think you would even be able to walk on to the teams at UCLA or USC, even if you went 14'. Not sure about Tech or Cal Poly, you'd have to talk to their coaches and see what their walk-on standards are.

You should definitely apply to those schools if you are interested, but I would recommend applying to some other schools as well.

I don't know how tough Rolla is, but you probably have a better shot there. They have a great group of vaulters, and I don't know for sure, but I would be willing to bet you could walk-on there.

i am in the process of applying to Rolla so we'll see wat happens with that. in the meantime ill apply to the california schools and look for a few other choices. one of my top choices before was UCF, but they have a womens track team no mens. ive been talkin to their coach and the assistant AD and apparantly their are no plans to start on either.
