where are you holding on it? and where is she? the higher to the top you hold it the better the bend will be. and how close your hands are. and your weigh compared to the pole size. many things influence it. bend isn't essential though..... until about 2 weeks ago i could get 10'9" with little to no...

i think this is what they're called. big lumps on hands. dont feel good. scrape on pole. blood about once a month. help. i just heard i cant wear gloves and taping my hands makes my grip on the pole worse. sectionals are 2 days away and any kind of cheap or 5 minute tip would be greatly appreciated....

on the pole obviously........ but what do most people do? i usually have shoulder width but mess around with it often and can never remember the results. any help is appreciated

we've got like a 15 footer thats old as s***. no stickers or anything on it tho so we dont know the size. looks like bamboo. dont burn. nobody can bend it. effin thing. can u evern still but old wooden ones these days?

i also dont do it right. i hold my right hand up highest (towards the near top of a 155 lb 13' pole.... i weigh 145) and go off the pole to the left side.... i aint never seen anyone do that b4.

i'm from a hic town in northern NY.......... real small school...... class D. i'm a young sophmore, turnin 16 in july. as of right now i can get 11' and almost have 11'3"..... one meet left to get it.......... anyway, how is that in comparison....... is that good for sophmores? last year my max was ...
