Ya i know not to block. Bubka's arm is not straight but it's not very bent. What drills can I do to make it to where i am able to do what he is?

I am gripping at 12' 6 and I vaulted 14' 6

I weigh 153. So if I want a bigger pole than a 14' 160. What would be the best legal pole for me to vault on? A 14'7 155 or a 14'7 160?

Oh ya I noticed that. Ok... what I meant to say was. How do I keep my arm extended. When I take off my arm is completely bent and it seems like im not underneath the pole. Do you know what I mean?

Oh ok I see what you mean. Ive been using a 14' 160 though. Is that still a big jump from one pole to the next?
