A friend of mine called me about 4 brand new Spirit poles last week. He said they looked yellow. I really didn't know what he was describing but after our meet last weekend I am curious about this. All 4 poles were made in the past few months but they look like they have been in my shed for 20 years...

Mothballs and Dryer sheets. I assume moth balls will last longer but the dryer sheets leave the pit smelling "fresh". We use both and havent had any mice yet so it could be either one doing the work.

I watched that video several times looking for the "unique" design and could not locate it. The time it took seemed pretty typical regaurdless of what bar was being put up from my experience.
