Re: "New Balance" Outdoor Nationals?

For the New Balance outdoor nationals there is a qualifying standard for emerging elite vaulters of 14' 5.25'' i was wondering if anybody new if that was only for underclass men or if a senior in high school would be able to meet that standard and jump in the meet.

Any help is appreciated Thanks!

Re: My injury saga

What are your personal bests that you are in a hurry to jump 15 right now? there are plenty of non impact drills you can work on to improve technique that will help in the long run. your best bet is to make the best of your sittuation and train through what you can without pain.
