I did okay this season, but we still have a bunch of meets left. Technically I've only been vaulting for about 2 weeks and have cleared 7'0" but as we didn't get our pit back until like yesterday, I consider that a pretty good accomplishment.

So yeah, Recently I've had this problem with not being able to plant the pole right. I know how to plant the pole, but now it just messes me up, and I can't remember. Any suggestions?? Yeah, the fattest person we had on our team was 170# but we didn't have a pole big enough for him, and he sucked. Too bad.
