OK SO LIKE I HAVE VAULTING FOR OVER A YEAR AT MY SKOOL AND I HAVE A PRETTY DECENT PLANT AND MY ARMS ARE LIKE PERFECT AS MY CHOACH WOULD SAY, BUT THAT NOT THE POINT....ANYWAYS WHEN I LEVAE THE GROUND I TEND TO START OF WITH A GOOD STRAIT TRAIL LEG BUT THE NEXT THING I NO IT ITS GET TUCKED. the most important thing in the vault is the row, nnobs like to pull at the top so have them do a whole bunch of grass vaults so they into the habit of rowing to their hip.

OK SO ON MOST OF UR VAULTS UR LEFT HAND IS ON UR HEAD(FIBERHEAD) SO U WANT TO KEEP IT AS STRIT AS POSSIBLE. AND ON UR PLANT TRY TO KEEP UR RITE HAND RITE ABOVE UR HEAD, THAT WILL PREVENT U FROM LANDING ON THE SIDE. IT ALL LOOKS PRETTY GOOD MAKE SURE TO KEEP THAT ROW GOING.......

SWING!!!!!!!!!

SO I VAULT IN CALI. IN SAN DIEGO BUT MY PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN SWING UP TO LIKE ALMOST TO POLE SO LIKE 100 DEGREES

SO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS OR TRICKS?????

YA U DEFINATLY NEED TO RUN FAST WHEN U VAULT SO TRY TO FIND A VERY STEP HILL AND GET UT POLE AND RUN ALL THE WAY, BUT WHEN U VAULT U SHOULD TRY TO USE SMALLER POLE SO LIKE THE 11O IS GOOD 4 NOE NOT THE 150.
