ya. i like it and can def see the benefit to us polevaulters.

only thing i don't like is there isn't very much short distance sprint work. the shortest sprints i've seen so far have been 400's

anyone have any ideas for a post workout/pre season sprint workout to complement this program?

btw i just checked USF's roster and they only have 2 vaulters on it now so i think some people graduated.
