alright thanks guys, last year the winning height for 3A state was 12 1/2 and my goal was to place this year, ill start to do inversions in the mornings ill try to make it my lifestyle and hopefully ill achieve my goal

boy, 5 ft 6 in. last year i was 108 and im 118 now, hopefully 125 by track season

well i was a freshman last year, on a 10 ft. 6 in. pole, in practice my best vault was 11 ft. and during a meet it was 10 ft. i didnt have a coach last year, but this year we will have a coach, how much do you think i will improve in height?

at our school they wont let us put tape on the track cuz they dont want people to leave it there and have the track fade around the tape and have a bright line

how do you put on a video of your vault so other people can critique it?

try having that since you were 8, now that sucks, i usually just have a couple ibprofen and put up with it, the band seems to make my strides too short

i am very new to polevaulting, and everyone is talking about how they are blowing throught their pole, what does that mean?

does anyone know if you are alowd to have rolled tape in ridges on your pole for grip in high school? regionals are coming this week and i dont want to have to be DQed

i was wondering how many times a week should you go through a full vault when there is a meet that weekend? should you only do drills the entire week?

havent maxed out, but i can do 6 reps of 145 as a 110lb freshman

i usually have my standards around 20-27, if i am right about what blowing through the pole means(remember im a very new vaulter) theno, no i dont blow through my pole from 7 steps, what should i do to work on my run?
