The Indoor Facility that is going to be holding the majority of our meets this season does not allow spikes for the polevault. I dont know how far you are from DE. But you can vault with us (Highvaultage) whenever you want and it sure wont cost you 200 dollars. We have everything you would need and plenty of poles. You should check out our web sight and see if we are what your looking for. www.Highvaultage.com

I had that problem at the beginning of this year. What my coach had me do was just hold my drive position and ride it into the pit that way and get comfortable with how long the drive phase needs to be. It helped me with my timing a lot and i was getting much deeper into the pit

Yea bad days suck but I can almost promise you its mental. You just have to look at the bright side and go out there and have fun. I took a bad fall at the indoor state meet this year and wasnt able to jump more than 11' until last week. It took some time but once i got it out of my head i was fine....

yea i knew you couldnt hold above that band but the other kid in DE who is my only real competition uses a UCS and his orange band is all the way at the top. My question is did he move it?? and if so is that illegal?? or did UCS used to make poles with the band at the very top
