hey, i get shin splints every year so i have found that wearing heal cups in my shoes usually gets rid of them. dr. schols dynostpes are the ones i wear i think. they work great.

im thinkin abut goin but i dont know yet...my dad is a coach here at my school and i think we have a jh basketball tourny that he has to work...maybe i can go and ill see u there

i have always wonr a helmet since i started vaulting about 10 yrs ago...it is a great idea...it has stopped me from getting my rocks rattled several times

hey...i dont know why but i always seem to vault better about 6" under and when i do get my steps perfect, i dont jump as well. does anyone else have this problem?...i always seem to have a sore back

also wanted to know if there were any other texas vaulters around here...
