nope, bicep and triceps are to impress the ladies, and believe you me i do a lot of em, but if you wanna vault high, you need power and explosion on the runway, do squats, cleans, and snatches.

does anyone have any info on these. Tried em out im reno and loved em, went to go order some from venue sports and they have a warning saying that these might not make it out of production. Whats the deal????

thanks. I wanted to add, that actcually i had a sublaxation, which is a partial dislocation.

Sidelined from jumping due to dislocated shoulder (fell off skateboard). Has this happened to anyone else, or does anyone know vaulters that this happened to. Its my first one, and im just freaking out that its gonna take forever to heal and when it does (doctors say 4 -6 weeks), its just gonna come...
